Rainbows Event Terms and Conditions
Thank you for supporting Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, because of you we will be able to continue to support life limited and terminally ill children and young people from across the East Midlands.
These booking terms and conditions apply to everyone who takes part in a Rainbows event, and those who attend as spectators.
These terms and conditions contain important information regarding participation, and upon entry you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
We care about all our supporters and therefore recommend that if necessary, you should gain advice from your GP as to whether you are physically prepared to undertake the challenge.
Photographs and videos will be taken of participants throughout the event which may be used on promotional materials. It is the participant’s responsibility to let staff know at registration if you do not want to appear in any such materials.
Booking process, prices and payment
Unfortunately the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Children aged 15 years and under are welcome to take part in our events but must be adequately supervised.
We want everyone who takes part in our events to have a great time, therefore no alcohol is to be brought into the event site or consumed during the event. Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol.
Changes to the event
Occasionally we may have to alter the start time of an event, due to circumstances beyond our control, however we will do everything we can to inform you prior to the event.
In the unfortunate scenario that Rainbows are forced to cancel an event, at any time, entry fees and sponsorship will be refunded in full.
We are always responsible with your information and never share it with any other organisation.
All participants taking part in a Rainbows event do so at their own risk. In no event shall Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People be liable for any injuries, loss or damages whatsoever, including indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this event.
If you have any questions or require further information please contact Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People on 01509 638000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
