Care across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire
Rainbows cares for babies, children and young people right across the East Midlands, with most of our care happening beyond our hospice walls. Whether it’s at our hospice in Loughborough, in hospital or in the comfort of a family’s own home, we bring specialist support to wherever families need us most.
Care wherever you need us
When people think of a hospice, they often picture a building. But for most of the families we support, our care reaches them somewhere else entirely, at home, in hospital, or out in their local community.
Our specialist nurses, therapists and family support teams work across all five counties of the East Midlands, so wherever a family is, skilled care and a friendly face are never far away. Below, you can find out more about the different places in which we provide care.
Where we provide care
Our hospice in Loughborough is a warm, welcoming place for specialist care, short breaks and end-of-life support, with accommodation so families can stay close together.
Our clinical nurse specialists work in hospitals across the East Midlands, supporting babies, children and young people, and working hand in hand with hospital teams to assess and plan the very best care.
Our Hospice at Home team brings specialist care into the family home, so children can be cared for in familiar surroundings, close to the people and things they love.
