Our meeting and event spaces
Whether you’re planning a team meeting, training day, workshop, presentation or larger event, we have a range of spaces available. Our modern rooms all have natural daylight, air conditioning and wi-fi access, and accessible facilities including wheelchair access.
Conference Room 1 & 2
Our largest event space accommodates up to 60 guests in a theatre-style layout or up to 22 people in a boardroom configuration. This room can also be configured for workshop and/or training purposes, and for a classroom layout.
When booking the Conference Room with a buffet package, Breakout Room 1 is included at no additional cost, providing a dedicated space for refreshments.

Catering to suit your day
From morning refreshments and breakfast options to buffet lunches and afternoon snacks, our catering team can help keep your guests fuelled throughout the day.
Choose from a range of options including tea, coffee and pastries, sandwich platters, fruit platters, mini cakes and sweet treats, jacket potatoes and pizzas. We can cater for gluten-free and other dietary requirements.
As Rainbows is a nut-free site, please do not bring nuts onto the premises. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when making your booking.
Accessible facilities and parking
We want everyone attending your meeting or event to feel welcome. Our facilities include accessible parking spaces, lift access and fully accessible toilet facilities
