Community hubs across the East Midlands
Our community hubs bring Rainbows out into the heart of local communities. They’re warm, welcoming spaces where families can meet others in a similar situation, share a coffee and a chat and find support close to home. Any family being supported by Rainbows is most welcome.
What our hubs offer
A Rainbows hub is a friendly, relaxed place to spend time with families who understand what yours is going through. Come along for a coffee, a slice of cake and a proper chat, or simply to be somewhere you don’t have to explain yourself.
At every hub you’ll find:
- A shared experience, connecting with other families who understand your journey
- Time to socialise, in a safe and welcoming space in which families can relax and bond
- Support from our team, including expert advice, activities and signposting to the help that’s right for you
Babies, children, young people and any brothers and sisters are all welcome, alongside parents and carers, who stay responsible for their child’s care throughout.
Where to find us
Our hubs are hosted in community venues right across the region, so support is never far from home. Each one is run by our team, in places that are easy to get to and comfortable to spend time in.
Wherever you are in the East Midlands, there’s likely a hub near you. Find your nearest and come and say hello.
Coming along to a hub
Our hubs are open to families who are currently supported by Rainbows. There’s no cost to attend, and they’re a chance to connect with other families and access support closer to home.
If you’d like to know more, or you’re not sure whether a hub is right for you, our team is always happy to talk things through. There’s no pressure and no expectations, just stay for as long as you like.
