It’s game, set and match for Rainbows which has been chosen as the official charity partner for a world class tennis event.

For the second consecutive year, we have netted the honour of becoming the tournament’s official charity for the famous women’s event.

The Ageon Open Nottingham runs from June 10th to 18th with Monday 12th served up as the official Rainbows Day. On that day, our charity will take centre court and all proceeds from ticket sales will come to the hospice with people paying any price they desire from £3. The racket made at last year’s event raised £4,000 for us.

There will also be a host of ace activities happening on the day and collections for the charity will take place around the stadium.

Kate Golding, Rainbows Corporates Partnership Manager, said: “We are delighted to be involved in this partnership once again. We look forward to the tournament and the designated Rainbows day. We would like to say a huge thank you to the LTA and everyone involved for supporting us. The money raised will make a huge difference to the children, young people and families we support.”
