Something old, something new… something Rainbows, something blue! Rainbows shop in Beeston launches new bridal boutique

Rainbows has launched a brand new wedding boutique as part of their flagship store in Beeston.

Featuring bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, hats, shoes and accessories, the new first floor department, at 54 High Road, offers a huge collection of new and used outfits, as well as a number of ex-display items from leading designer wedding shops from across the region.

Strutting his stuff in a fetching cravat and waistcoat, Rainbow’s mascot, Bowbear, was joined by Beeston Shop Manager, Melissa Nicol, and local shop volunteers, Assumpta Wood and Toni Allen, at the wedding boutique’s launch. The group proudly showcased some of the items available for lucky Beeston shoppers.

Melissa said, “We’re delighted to have Bow here today to help us launch our bridal boutique. I’m sure you’ll agree, he makes a very handsome groom!”

She continued, “Our new range of wedding outfits and accessories is a great opportunity to pick up some absolute bargains. Everyone knows how expensive weddings can be. That’s why, here at the Beeston Rainbows Shop, we’re delighted to be able to offer a great range of outfits for great prices.”

Karen Bilsby, Head of Retail for Rainbows, said: I’m delighted to have had the opportunity to bring a wedding department to our popular Beeston store. Not only have local brides so generously donated their beautiful gowns, but local weddings shops have also given us dresses by designers such as Ronald Joyce, Mori Lee and Allan Hannah.  There’s also some beautiful vintage dresses for sale. Whether you’re the bride, bridesmaid, mother of the bride or the groom, we have an outfit for everyone!”

She added: “Not only is this a great opportunity to grab a bargain, but, best of all, you know that your money will be going to helping children, young people and families at Rainbows.”
