Brave boys from BPW prepare for Spartan Sprint

In September this year, a team of 12 from BPW Ltd (some team members pictured below) will be running in the “Sprint” event at this years Spartan Race, held in Cambridgeshire.

What is a Spartan Race? It certainly isn’t your usual race held on a track in circuits. Spartan Races are held across varied countryside, usually involving climbing and crawling as well as running through mud, water and everything inbetween, finishing with a final leap through fire. Certainly not a normal day for BPW!

The “Sprint” takes place over 5 kilometers and could feature over 15 different obstacles. The BPW team are all training hard to make sure they’re in peak condition by September and everyone at Rainbows wishes them the best of luck.
