Time 10:30-12pm

This is a new, informal group for parents and carers whose baby has died before their first birthday.

It’s a friendly space to meet other parents and carers who may have shared similar experiences, as well as specialist Rainbows staff who can help you understand more about the support available to you.

It’s very relaxed, with an optional craft, if you’re someone that likes to ‘do’ as well as (or instead of) talk. There’s no expectation to stay for the whole session – you’re welcome to drop in for as much or as little of the group as feels right for you.
