Toy Retailer Pledges Festive Donations to Rainbows

Zanypig

A Lincolnshire-based online toy shop has pledged to donate a portion of its Christmas profits to Rainbows.

Zanypig are offering shoppers a chance to support us while they shop for Christmas presents this year.

The company has pledged to donate five percent of the total order value plus a five percent discount for the customer, or donate a whole 10 percent of the order value to our charity – when the right codes are used.

Owner of Zanypig Vikki Youll said: “At Zanypig, we’re passionate about giving back to our community, and supporting Rainbows feels like the perfect fit. I recently had the privilege of visiting Rainbows and was truly moved, it’s an extraordinary place where love, laughter, and care shine brighter than any rainbow.

“We already support many schools in the Lincolnshire and Rutland area, and Rainbows is such an incredible charity, we are just delighted to be able to support the amazing work they do.”

Zanypig was founded by Vikki with a vision to build a business that not only supported a better work-life balance but also created a trusted place for parents to find toys their children would truly enjoy.

The handpicked range includes wooden toys, craft kits, games and puzzles designed to spark play and learning for children aged three to eight years.

Community fundraiser for Rainbows Maria Thompson said: “We are over the moon Zanypig has chosen to support us in this way.

“This year alone the care we provide will cost in the region of £8.5million, we receive 13 percent of this from statutory funding, but the rest comes from our wonderful supporters.

“Without the backing of amazing people like Vikki we simply wouldn’t be able to do the work we do – which is making sure we are there for every baby, child and young person who needs us.”
