Rainbows Fox back by popular demand

After fantastic feedback over Christmas, Loughborough’s Charnwood Brewery is once again brewing its special bespoke ale, Rainbow Fox, to raise funds for us.

And pictured showcasing the ale is Phil Triggs, Landlord at the Manor House, Quorn, and Andrew Reed from Charnwood Brewery.

Rainbow Fox is on sale at the brewery in Jubilee Drive, Loughborough as well as the following local pubs – The Woodman’s Stroke (Woodies) Rothley, The Manor House, Quorn, The Horse, Shepshed, The Anchor, Walton on the Wolds, Poppy and Pint, West Bridgford and Round RobINN, East Leake.

Andrew Reed at Charnwood Brewery said: “I recently visited the hospice with my wife Andrea and we saw firsthand how vital the work of Rainbows is. After such great feedback from all of our customers, it just made perfect sense to brew Rainbow Fox again. Every sale helps raise money for the charity and we’re proud to be able to support them with our brewing experience.

“Rainbow Fox is a bespoke recipe for Rainbows. It is a deep copper ale, ruby red in colour, and balances English malts against fruity, spicy hops”

Phil Triggs, Landlord of the Manor House in Quorn, added: “We’re really looking forward to having Rainbow Fox on draught again as it was so popular before Christmas. We’ve been supporting Rainbows in a variety of ways for 10 years now but being able to support them by selling beer is what we’re good at.”

A similar success to the last brew will raise £1,000 for us.

Rainbows Corporate Fundraiser Tom Stanyard added: “We would like to thank Andrew, Andrea and the team at Charnwood Brewery for continuing to support Rainbows by doing what they’re great at, which is making quality beer! That we’re able to benefit from it is a huge bonus and helps us to continue our vital work.”

“We are obviously encouraging people to drink responsibly and we hope people will take the ‘hopportunity’ to raise a glass, or a bottle, to Rainbows and raise money for a fantastic cause. Cheers!”
