Foam filled frenzy heads to Nottingham

A foam-filled bubblicious fun event is heading to Nottingham and we have 50 free places to give away.

The 5km multi-coloured bubble frenzy will take over Forest Recreation Ground on Saturday 15 June. Organised by Extreme Adventure, all sponsorship money raised at the event will be for our hospice.

The Bubble Rush is not an average fun run. At every kilometre point there will be a bubble station where a high-powered foam cannon, controlled by trained Bubble Blasters, will be blowing out 30 cubic metres a minute of frothy colourful bubbles, creating a 4ft wall of suds to run through.

We are also delighted to be able to offer 50 free places, a saving of over £21 per adult, to people who pledge to raise £100 for us. At our hospice, a £100 could fund two days of medical consumables.

Victoria Brunt, Events Coordinator at Rainbows, added: “We are so excited to be part of this wonderful event in Nottingham and we need the community to sign up.

“This fabulous foaming 5K fun run will be great for all family, whether you’re a regular runner or have never ran before as you can run, walk, skip or hop your way around the course. It’s about celebration, having fun with friends and family and raising a smile for Rainbows. And I can guarantee it will be a lot of fun.

“There is also an opportunity to sponsor one of the four Bubble Stations with your company name, which will be seen by thousands of people, so please get in touch if you are interested.”
