    • How do I arrange a collection?

      Customers can call the number seven days a week during in-store trading hours and book a free collection for furniture.

      Upholstered furniture items must comply with The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988, unless made before 1950.

    • When will you collect?

      You will be given a date and time slot upon booking your collection. Collection typically occurs within one week or up to two weeks during peak periods.

    • What area do you cover for collections?

      We will collect five days a week across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire.

    • Do you collect other items?

      This is a furniture collection service only. Please call us for any enquiries. 

    • Do you deliver furniture?

      Customers purchasing furniture items can book a delivery for a fee. Rates vary depending on postcode, and the same time frame above will apply.
