Loughborough Santa Run
The 2026 Loughborough Santa Run – a fun-filled festive event for the whole family – will take place on Sunday 6 December! Whether you choose to run, walk, dance, or scoot your way along the route, you’re guaranteed to have a jolly good time.
Tickets are not yet on sale for this years run but you can expect all the usual fun with our 2.5km and 5km race options, brass band, on stage entertainment, and new for this year our Santa’s Grotto and Christmas Market!
Christmas Market – We are looking for stall holders!
The annual Loughborough Santa Run welcomes over one thousand runners and their supporters to celebrate the Christmas season while raising vital funds for Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People. Our stall holders help bring the event to life, creating a magical atmosphere with delicious food, handmade crafts, and unique gifts.
Stall Holder info
- Stall places are limited and will be selected in order to provide a varied selection of goods to buy.
- All stalls are outside. Each stall will be provided with one covered market stall measuring either 10x5ft or 10x4ft. There will be no power available.
- The cost is £50 per stall.
- Stall holders are able to promote their attendance at the event through business websites and social media channels.
- Stall holders must provide the following documentation: Public liability insurance; Risk Assessment (a simple risk assessment template can be provided if needed), and Food Hygiene (if selling consumable goods).
