Looking for something different?

In order to be able to offer our supporters an even greater choice of events to take part in we have partnered with Run For Charity. This allows Rainbows supporters the opportunity to take part in events around the United Kingdom on a range of dates.

It only takes three simple steps…

Browse

Simply click on one of the geographical area’s below and browse the range of running, cycling, obstacle, and special events you can take part in for Rainbows.

Sign-Up

Select an event and sign up! Your sign-up fee will go directly to the event organiser.

Fundraise

There is no set fundraising target for these events so you can choose your own target and every penny you raise will go straight to Rainbows.

Why fundraise for Rainbows?

By taking part in one of these challenges, you’re helping us continue to be there for local babies, children and young people with serious or terminal conditions. We know we couldn’t do the work we do without your support, so by taking part in this challenge we will provide:

  • A Rainbows snood when you set up your Justgiving page
  • A Supporting Rainbows technical t-shirt when you raise £100
  • A Fundraising Pack full of amazing ideas on how to increase your fundraising efforts
  • Fundraising materials and electronic resources
  • Support from your own Community Fundraiser throughout your fundraising journey

How do I fundraise?

The simplest way to fundraise is by utilising the online donation site JustGiving. Think of your JustGiving page as an online sponsorship form… and setting it up typically only takes a few minutes.

Once you have signed up for an event choose your target- you’re doing something brilliant and people will want to support you! Go to justgiving.com/rainbowschildrens and click the big Fundraise for us button. We will receive a notification when you sign up and set up your JustGiving page so we will be in touch with you!

If you have any questions about your fundraising or your looking for some advice on how you can get involved, please email [email protected] or call 01509 638 049.
