Rainbows Firework Spectacular Terms and Conditions


Thank you for supporting Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, because of you we will be able to continue to support children and young people from across the East Midlands.

These booking terms and conditions apply to everyone attending the Rainbows Fireworks Spectacular at Leicester Racecourse.

These terms and conditions contain important information and upon entry you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.

Onsite parking is limited. There's a suggested donation of £3.

The organisers cannot take responsibility for any injury or articles lost, other than through acts of negligence by the organisers.

  • No high visibility clothing to be worn by attendees.
  • Please respect all property at and surrounding the Racecourse.
  • Any person found abusing such property will be evicted.
  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.
  • No sparklers or fireworks may be brought into the event.
  • No food or drink may be brought into the event.
  • Please place all litter in the bins provided.
  • Please have your ticket / the email with the QR code with you on the night 

Booking process, prices and payment

  • Individual Ticket: £10
  • Family Ticket: £35*


  • Individual Ticket: £12
  • Family Ticket: £40*

*2 adults and up to 3 children aged 5-15, children 4 and under a free. Children 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
Should any tickets be available on the day, full price tickets shall be available at the gate from 5.30pm.

Unfortunately, the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.


Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Changes to the event

Occasionally we may have to alter the start time of an event, due to circumstances beyond our control, however we will do everything we can to inform you prior to the event.


If canceled, refunds will be issued and we will be in touch with all ticket holders.

All participants attending the Rainbows Fireworks Spectacular do so at their own risk. In no event shall Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People be liable for any injuries, loss or damages whatsoever, including indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this event.
