Land’s End to John O’Groats Cycle

Cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats, the furthest possible distance in the British Isles, is a classic challenge that many dream of. Starting at Land’s End on the south westerly tip of England, we pedal our way through Cornwall, over Dartmoor and north along the Welsh border, skirting the Lake District into Scotland, via lochs and mountains to the north coast and John O’Groats. In all we will cover almost 1,000 miles in 12 days, passing through some of the most stunning and remote countryside in the British Isles.

Sisters to the Summit!

Join women of all ages and all walks of life in the first charity trek of its kind – an all women expedition to the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro.

Climbing Kilimanjaro is a challenge to say the least and is one of the mountains almost every trekker and mountaineer in the world wants to conquer. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania is approximately 24 miles wide and 49 miles long. It dwarfs other regional landmarks and dominates the savannah of East Africa.

Nepal is a country in a league of its own with breakthtaking beautiful scenery, a fascinating culture and friendly people. Meeting the villagers whilst trekking through this landlocked gem of a nation is one of its greatest pleasures.

Our route takes us via the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar through beautiful valleys, dense forests and across glacial rivers before we reach the renowned viewpoint of Kalapater, on the approach to Everest Base Camp, and see the highest mountain on the planet. We also have time to explore the colourful and frenetic capital of Kathmandu.

Conquer Mount Kilimanjaro

Conquer Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. Climb to an altitude of 5,895 metres. Marvel at the lush rainforest, alpine meadow and barren lunar landscape at the top. Watch sunrise from the summit. A challenge event not for the faint hearted!

Temperatures drop at night, allowing you to enjoy the crisp cool air under the star-studded African skies. During the day you’ll rise higher; often looking down on a sea of clouds. There is much wildlife to see – maybe you will see buffalo and colobus monkeys.
