Students from DMU Bollywood Dance Society dazzled young people at Rainbows with a Diwali dance demonstration.

Five dancers visited our hospice shortly after Diwali - the Hindu festival of lights - to perform for the children, young people and staff. After their show, the students taught a short routine of Bollywood, Bhangra and traditional dance to our staff.

Varsha Chawla, from DMU Bollywood Dance Society, said: “We were thrilled to visit Rainbows and showcase our dancing. We love to perform and it was wonderful to see the joy on people’s faces as well as getting people involved.”

Nishil Saujani of Rainbows added: “On behalf of everyone at Rainbows, I would like to thank the students for giving up their time to entertain us. It was a great experience for everyone.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
