Don’t miss out on a magical musical evening in aid of Rainbows

Music lovers can still get their hands on tickets for the Rock Choir for Rainbows concert staged later this month.

The concert, taking place on Tuesday 26 November, will bring 300 voices from across Leicester and Leicestershire together at De Montfort Hall, Leicester, to sing favourite pop classics.

Joining Leicestershire’s Rock Choirs will be Rainbows honorary ambassadors, West End musical star Lauren Samuels and X Factor and Eurovision’s Andy Abrahams. The Rainbows Choir will also perform and the evening will be hosted by BBC Radio Leicester’s Monica Winfield and Dave Andrews.

Dave Andrews, who is also a fundraiser at Rainbows, said: “If the concert is anything like the previous show last year it will be a fantastic evening of great songs. The popularity of the event, and the high profile singers, means tickets have sold fast and there are only a few remaining. There are also some surprise guests lined up too. I would encourage anyone who loves music to get their ticket now. Why not treat yourself and a friend or family member to an early Christmas present and raise some funds for this great charity at the same time?”
