Celebrity Luncheon with Fiona Cairns

Tickets are £35 Including a formal three course lunch and an opportunity to purchase from unique stalls.

Buffalo mozzarella, beef tomatoes & griddled asparagus
Infused with a basil dressing

MAIN COURSE

Salmon fillet topped with a herb crust
Set on a bed of baby spinach & pak choi with a lemon & dill butter sauce
Vegetable Wellington (V)
A medley of vegetables in a puff pastry case, served with cream & thyme sauce
Served with crushed new potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables

DESSERT

Individual apple crumble tartlets
Served with custard
