Use your pedal power to help brighten short lives, by taking part in the 'wheelie' amazing cycling challenge that is London2Paris 2020.

Attracting hundreds of riders each year, this four-day cycling event is a must for any cyclist, no matter your experience. The challenge will see you saddle up and travel between two iconic capital cities on two wheels, passing war memorials and through the Somme, along quaint countryside and past iconic landmarks and history with picturesque scenery. There really is no bike ride like this!

As your challenge comes to an end, you'll cycle as a group up the majestic Champs Elysées to your finish line at the Champ de Mars, looking back at the Eiffel Tower. To toast your achievements, your group will then get to join us for a celebratory dinner.

We hope you're just as 'pumped' about this challenge as we are, and we cannot wait to see you and your bike in London for what promises to be a magnificent four days.

What you can expect from the challenge:

Day 1: After registration we head off early to avoid the main hustle and bustle of London traffic. It's a long cycling day, which will take you through the Kent countryside and to the white cliffs of Dover. Once in Calais, there's a short ride to the hotel where we'll stop for the night.
Day 2: After breakfast, we saddle up and begin cycling on smooth, flat roads for approximately 10 miles. As the day continues, the ride become more undulating, with some small climbs as we make our way through northern France - including one of the prettiest towns, Arras.
Day 3: During the day we'll see some sights of significant importance, including the WW1 battlefields in the Region of the Somme - rolling, green meadows stdded with many war memorials.
Day 4: The final day of this European adventure, and it begins with a beautiful cycle through a forest before reaching the villages on the outskirts of Paris. As we make our way into the capital, don't be surprised to see locals cheering and waving us on. We'll cycle through the hustle and bustle of Paris, making our way to the majestic finish line, where we'll celebrate in-front of one of the most iconic sites... the Eiffel Tower.
Day 5: Leave the bike to one side and enjoy a bit of free time to take in the sights and sounds of Paris, before heading back home.
