Put your peddle power to the test and help support Rainbows
Please note, this event has been organised by a third party to support Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People.
Put your pedal power to the test and help support Rainbows... by taking part in Cyclone24 Derby.
Cyclone24 is the UK's only 24 hour velodrome challenge event series... and it guarantees to be an unforgettable endurance challenge for you and your team.
On the day, your team of six will be given the unique opportunity to take part in a 24 hour relay around the iconic Derby Arena track, which has previously been ridden by cycling greats including Dame Sarah Storey, Mark Cavendish and Laura Kenny CBE, as you not only raise vital funds for Rainbows, but get the chance to compete for a host of prizes.
If you don't have a track bike, don't worry. On the day, bikes, helmets, cycling shoes and much more, including physio support, track coach guidance and massages will be provided.
Our Cyclone24 event is now full. But don't worry, there's still a chance for you to put your peddle power to the test for Rainbows by signing up for our London2Paris Cycle Ride or PrudentialRide: London to Surrey 2019 events. Simply click on the buttons below.
Cyclone 24 will take place over Saturday 9th February to Sunday 10th February 2019 at Derby Arena, and starts at 12 noon. Sign in will open from 10am on the morning of the challenge.
Bikes and helmets will be provided for the event, however, you are more than welcome to ride your own track bike, subject to a track coach sign off and remembering Cyclone24's gearing restriction of a maximum of 88.2.

• Cycling gloves, shorts with padding, cycling or sports top (shoulders must be covered)
• Spare clothing for off track
