A fabulous day of fun, music and entertainment for all the family
Grab your friends and colleagues for your team of eleven to row down the River Trent on Sunday 5 August, as part of the Nottingham Riverside Festival. Rainbows are looking for teams to compete against each other for the coveted trophy of Dragon Boat Champions!
Up to 60 crews are expected to take part to battle it out over a 200m race course on the River Trent and Victoria Embankment watched by thousands of spectators.
Registration: £490 plus VAT per team
Standard Team Entry includes:
- Dragon boats, qualified helms and all racing equipment
- At least three races per crew
- Family entertainment of the Riverside Festival
- Souvenir programme
- Trophies for the top three crews, the best-placed mixed crew (minimum five ladies), the crew raising the most money for Rainbows and the “best dressed” crew.
- Medals for the top three crews.
- Prize meal supplied by Opium Chinese Restaurant in Nottingham for top fundraising team.
